Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided that the conditions below are met.

Please note that returns are only accepted within Sweden.

Return Conditions

-The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

-Any customs duties or import fees paid upon delivery are non-refundable.

-The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

- We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any reduction in value of the item compared to its original value.

How to Return

Step 1: Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to register your return.
Step 2: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and condition.
Step 3: Send the parcel with a trackable shipping method. Return costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
